Employability can be simply defined as the ability to get or create jobs. Employability is shown by the mastery of certain knowledge, attitudes, and skills. Higher education graduates should have employability to easily enter the field of work. When they have difficulties to get available jobs, they are able to create new jobs, at least for themselves.

Increasing the employability of graduates is the greatest duty of lecturers in higher education. They can do that effectively when they implement appropriate learning strategies, especially student-centered learning strategies.
